Mark is a weekly pool maintenance customer of ours. He called on Monday because he noticed his pool pump is not circulating water. The gauge on the filter housing shows pressure but no water is circulating even when I turn the valve on for the water features, they do not work. Filter pressure is at 20 and the water is very dirty. First we suggested his variable speed pump was running at too low of a speed so he needs to turn it up. This did not solve the problem so the owner of Sterling Pools went to his house. After a thorough inspection of his equipment and valves, it was determined the filter had not been cleaned and required a filter clean service be done as well as a salt cell clean. After he performed these tasks there was noticeable circulation in the pool and water flowing freely through the pool pump.

Mr. found us on Google and called because he needs us to check to see if pool plumbing is leaking. There is a pipe broke that goes to the ozonator and the pool is losing water. We went to see about the broken pipe and had to repair it.

He called wanting a one time clean of his pool. Said there are lots of leaves, very dirty. Also believes leaves are in the pipes. We went to evaluate and found the valves needed to be repaired, the sweep pump needed to be replaced, we repaired the Polaris tail and installed timer trippers on time clock, and preformed a one time clean on the pool. They were glad for our help and the customer began cleaning his pool again.

This homeowner called us to say that she has a huge claim for hail damage from the April 11 storm and believes her swimming pool system was damaged. Our owner went to evaluate the damage. He had to replace o-rings in five valves then installed a new Jandy 2-hp blower and pool sweep pump hose kit as a result of the hail damage.
