Plano, TX was discovered by settlers in the 1840s, but the population did not increase until there were some facilities in the area. We have used Sterling for over 20 years to repair our pool equipment. Someone ran through our fence and into our pool equipment during the winter just before a freeze. Sterling had a very short time to replace almost all the pool equipment before the freeze came. He worked long hours and also located a heater just so my pool pipes wouldn't freeze and break when the temps got below freezing. I found Sterling will do whatever it takes to satisfy their customers

I have been a Sterling Pool customer for several years and they have always provided outstanding service. If parts are needed, I always have a clear explanation of what is needed and why, also how long it will take if they need to order a part. Highly recommend Sterling Pool Services

These guys do a great job. I had fired my old pool service and I became the "pool boy". I had a hard time tipping because the "pool boy" wasn't doing such a good job and the pool was looking really bad. That's when I found the pool MAN!

These folks really do a great job at a reasonable cost. I highly recommend them.

The owner went to her house to take the filter apart and evaluate. He needed to perform a filter clean service first to see what the problem could be. Found the upper manifold to be cracked and two grids torn in multiple places. He replaced these three parts, reassembled the filter and started the pool. The noise was gone.

The owner went to her house the same day to look where the rail could best be installed. He found the best place and got her approval for placement and cost. Before the following weekend we had her new deck mounted, hand grab rail installed. She called after that weekend to say how much she appreciates our prompt responses and timely work; it's so much easier to use the pool now!

Our technician went to her house. He found the pool pump and motor to be in good condition with no repairs needed. However, he did see the filter pressure to be at almost 40psi. This high of a pressure indicates a filter clean is needed. He also saw the pool is covered in algae partly due to too much time passing between her filter cleans and lack of circulation. She approved a filter clean to be done and a RX ball chemical treatment to help control the algae. These two solutions helped her pump to run continuously and rid the pool of algae.

The owner went to his house. He found the pool light switch wasn't working due to a loose wire he had to tighten down. The bubbles coming out of the pool return jets were due to the pump lid O-ring being severely dry. He lubed the O-ring well before fastening the pump lid and this stopped the bubbles.

The owner went to their house to check this out. He removed the light/fixture from the wall to inspect it. The pool light is good, the niche ring is good but the chords that attach to the fixture went bad. Ranjit was home, the owner told him what the problem is and he approved to replace the pool light fixture. We were able to get this done same day. His wife called the next day to tell us how beautifully the light worked when she turned it on that night.
