Why did the customer contact us?

David is a weekly service customer of ours. He called because, "I came home early from work and heard an awful sound from outside. It is the main pump motor. I think it may be the bearings are going out. Please check it out soon."

Solutions provided:

The owner went to his house the same day. For him the diagnosis was quick to make, he needed multiple repairs made but not to the bearings. We needed to replace the pool pump motor, seal,O-ring, impeller and diffuser. This stopped the racket he heard and reinforced his choice to use us for weekly service.
