Terri called because the long handle in front of her filter was spraying water everywhere and asked us to fix it.

Our owner went to her house to investigate and found that the backwash valve was old and spraying out A LOT of water! He had to replace a gasket and O-ring inside the backwash valve for it to stop leaking.
