Why did the customer contact us?

I just moved into a house I bought and the previous owners took the pool/spa heater with them! We would like to be able to use the spa before it's over 80 degrees at night. Can you please give us a bid?

Solutions provided:

The owner went to his home to look at how the equipment is set up and if it is gas or electric. Our owner found it has a gas line and met with Ben. They discussed what he's wanting to get out of the heater and figured he needs at least a 400k btu heater. We made a bid for him and was approved the same day. We installed a Jandy pool/spa heater and he is loving it.
