She called and told us that her pool equipment is making a soft grinding noise like it’s making an effort to come on but isn’t making any circulation.

Our technician went out to investigate this problem and found that pool pump lid O-ring is bad and needs to be replaced. He replaced the pool pump lid O-ring and the pool pump was able to catch prime and run normally.
