She called to say her pump is not running continuously, asking if we can come take a look.

Solutions provided:

Our technician went to her house. He found the pool pump and motor to be in good condition with no repairs needed. However, he did see the filter pressure to be at almost 40psi. This high of a pressure indicates a filter clean is needed. He also saw the pool is covered in algae partly due to too much time passing between her filter cleans and lack of circulation.
She approved a filter clean to be done and a RX ball chemical treatment to help control the algae. These two solutions helped her pump to run continuously and rid the pool of algae.
