Why did the customer contact us?

Stan called us on Monday because he noticed over the weekend that bubbles were coming out of the returns when the pool ran. As well the pool lights don't want to come on anymore.

Solutions provided:

The owner went to his house. He found the pool light switch wasn't working due to a loose wire he had to tighten down. The bubbles coming out of the pool return jets were due to the pump lid O-ring being severely dry. He lubed the O-ring well before fastening the pump lid and this stopped the bubbles.
