Why did the customer contact us?

Chris called us because he had noticed the Polaris automatic pool sweep wasn't acting right. He had just bought a new one and installed it himself. It wasn't acting like his old one. This one was getting stuck in corners and not moving around so well at times.

Solutions provided:

The owner went to his house to check out the new Polaris. Quickly he saw that Chris never cut the leader hose as the instructions direct to prevent these types of problems. Our technician took the proper measurements and cut the hose accordingly. Now the automatic pool cleaner moves around like his old one did with no issues.
