Why did the customer contact us?

Renee found us on Google and called because, "I looked outside and realized I have a green, not blue, but green pool." It had sat all fall/winter long with no service.

Solutions provided:

Our owner went to her house to bid a clean up. He said he couldn't see past the first step it is so murky and with the amount of leaves around the pool it may take several days. We began cleaning her pool on Friday and over the weekend. On Sunday we had performed a filter clean, on Monday we went to check the pool. The water was clear and blue and she bought a few weeks worth of chemicals to maintain the pool with herself. All in all, she's a very happy customer.
