Why did the customer contact us?

Julie has been a customer of ours for many years that calls us for her pool and spa repairs. She called because "it's about to be time for swimming a lot and I think we'd like to utilize the pool more at night." She asked for the owner, Kevin, to come and look at her lights to see if an upgrade can be done. She's had standard lights in her pool and spa since she bought the house.

Solutions provided:

Kevin went over to her house and first checked the electrical for the current lights. Luckily for her it's set up to put out more power than is being utilized. He went over a couple of upgrade options for the pool/spa lights with her and in not much time she wanted the color changing LED lights for both.
The parts came in a few days later and he had them installed by Friday. She is over the moon with joy at how it looks, it's pretty darn good.
