He is a weekly pool service customer of ours. His wife emailed us when she turned on the pool light last night nothing happened.

The owner went to their house to check this out. He removed the light/fixture from the wall to inspect it. The pool light is good, the niche ring is good but the chords that attach to the fixture went bad. Ranjit was home, the owner told him what the problem is and he approved to replace the pool light fixture. We were able to get this done same day. His wife called the next day to tell us how beautifully the light worked when she turned it on that night.
