Why did the customer contact us?

The customer called because the pool sweep didn't work anymore. They could hear the booster pump click on, but it doesn't move. I pulled it out of the pool and no water is passing through the hose. I checked the wall screen and it's clear. There isn't any water pressure coming out of the wall.

Solutions provided:

Our service technician went to his house to check on a reported issue with the booster pump. Luckily there was no big issue. The tech needed to replace the pool cleaner booster pump capacitor. After this the pool sweep ran like it should.
