Our pool cleaning technician serviced her pool a few days after a torrential downpour. He found her pool to be brown as the dirt around the pool. There was no amount of chemicals that could turn the pool clear and blue, it needed some serious filtration.

The cartridges that were in the filter had become worn past the point of cleaning, causing the water to look brown. They needed to be replaced. She approved our bid to replace the cartridges. After she let the pump run throughout the weekend with new cartridges in place, her pool was clear and blue.
