Why did the customer contact us?

Tony called to report, "I have two automatic valves. The pool one is not flipping over and is draining the spa. Also, the pool sweep is not moving at all. It all started about a month ago.
If you can come out today and bid taking care of this, I will switch all of my services over to you. Tell the owner to do whatever he needs to do to fix it."

Solutions provided:

The owner went to inspect the issues involving the pool valve and the pool sweep that same day. He found the computer motherboard needed to be replaced, along with the Polaris pool sweep cleaner booster pump. Tony approved both items the same day and we replaced them. His weekly pool service started a few days later. He is a very happy customer of ours now.
