Jim is a weekly service customer and he called to report that his chlorinator was leaking badly. He also emailed a video to us. The owner looked at his video and immediately knew what the problem was.

Sterling Pool Service's owner went to Jim's house and installed a new factory-replacement, high-pressure, corrosion and chlorine-resistant hose. The manufactured hose at Jim's house had failed, causing the leak.
