Steve called because his pool started losing water. He said, "I had an old oak tree removed from a spot by the pool. It seems to have created a crack in the plaster. Could you come and see if this is why I started losing water?"

The company owner went to investigate and advised that a leak detection be done. The results of the leak detection showed the deep end skimmer needed to replaced. It was replaced and the pool is performing well.
