The customer reported that his pool had black algae.

Typically, the removal process for this involves draining the pool, power-washing the walls and chlorine-washing the walls in order to kill the algae. We thought a specialty treatment might take care of this instead. We put this in the pool skimmer, cleaned the pool, did a filter clean, and adjusted chemicals. The pool cleared up and was then safe to swim.
