Why did the customer contact us?

The customer wanted the mastic (deco seal) replaced between the tile and coping. They had some pool tiles that needed to be replaced as well.

These clients called in to request a bid for replacing the joint between their pools coping and deck, plus reset one coping stone and reset up to 30 pieces of tile. After we completed the approved work, they were so pleased with how we did the job that they recommended us to all of their friends and family.
