Why did the customer contact us?

Josh is a new weekly service customer of ours. During a recent visit, our pool cleaner technician noticed his salt system computer was not reading the salt levels correctly. He had done a manual test and got different results.

Solutions provided:

The owner went to his house and diagnosed the computer to be out of date and irreparable. He had to have a new Hayward saltwater chlorination system with control box, salt cell, flow switch, and necessary supplies installed. Since then, everything is reading properly and he is enjoying the pool.
