Why did the customer contact us?

The customer called and stated that her pool was very old and she needed it remodeled. The coping had dropped in places around the pool and was cracked severely.

Solutions provided:

We agreed to do the remodel. She went to standard white plaster and had the tile repaired. The Deco seal and deck strips also needed to be replaced. Her tile and coping work were no longer available, so repairing them was not an option. Replacement was necessary.
