Another long-term service customer called and said that, when the pool pump is running, the spa drains.

The pool needed a special chemical treatment for phosphates and RX balls and we replaced the spa fountain check valve. The filter pressure was also high so we cleaned it. After those tweaks, the pool runs wonderfully.
