Dawn contacted us wanting a filter clean. She also mentioned that the spa was draining.

We installed all new grids, a manifold, and a tank O-ring. We also screwed a pipe into the hole in the bottom of the spa and installed a 3-tier fountainhead. The customer is now on our filter clean notification system.
