We contacted our customer about needing a filter cleaning. After the conversation, we also learned that the customer's Polaris cleaner was giving trouble as well.

Our owner submitted a bid for repairs and replacement and the customer opted for replacement. We custom fit the new Polaris to his pool and that made his wife very happy with us.
