She called to say her equipment is leaking. The automatic pool sweep isn't cleaning the pool and there is debris, sand/dirt/stuff passing through the returns back into the pool.

We went to investigate these problems and found that her filter needs to have the sand changed and one of the skimmers is broken, which is causing the leak.
