David called us to say, today I discovered that a minor plumbing leak somewhere in the spa pump system has become more serious. When I see it run there is water coming from the heater cabinet. I have had to add gallons of water to maintain a safe level in the spa for 2 days now.

Our owner went to inspect his equipment and found the heater heat exchanger and gaskets were bad, the pool pump was bad and there was a leaky Jandy valve. All of these problem parts were replaced and the leaks stopped.
