Why did the customer contact us?

Debbie was referred to us by a former employee. Her pump was not catching prime. She had emptied both skimmer baskets and the pump basket, backwashed the filter, and she was still having issues. She said it would prime, but only with great difficulty.

Solutions provided:

Our lead technician went to Debbie's house to look at the pool pump. He had to repair a suction leak on the pool pump in order to get it to prime consistently. Once repaired, it performed consistently.
