  • Comment: After having a broken filter for 1 1/2 months, my pool was a swamp, the home warranty wasn't responding and the pool company wouldn't answer or return a call. I was beyond frustrated. After calling around the area and none having availability for 2 weeks or not returning my calls I came across Sterling Pool Service. When someone answered my call and said they would call me back, I figured it was the same merry-go-round I had been riding...except I got a return call within 10 minutes. With news that the owner would come out the same day to check everything out. And he did! I had my filter replaced and the pool back to perfect within days (it was a swamp!) From the administrative staff to the owner (who came out himself, sometimes multiple times a day) I had nothing but superior customer service/service all around. I didn't think this still exsisted in today's world. Until the day Sterling Pool Service decides to close their doors I wouldn't even consider using anyone else. Thank you for being so great!!
