Why did the customer contact us?

Tim contacted us because he needs his pool DE filter cleaned and to check if there's a leak somewhere. He's been filling the pool more than years past at this time and using more chemicals to keep the water balanced.

Solutions provided:

The owner went to his house. He took the filter apart and cleaned it well. After he put it back together and started the pool he noticed water had squirted out of the heater and was running down the side. Kevin looked closer, took the rear panel off and found the rear header was cracked and broken; which is what's been causing the leak. He replaced the rear header and header gaskets to stop the leak.
