Why did the customer contact us?

She called because her filter is making a horrible sound like a marble is rattling around in there. On Saturday she backwashed the filter because the pressure gauge was at 20, after this it went down to 10. She checked it out on Sunday and there was 0 pressure reading on the gauge.

Solutions provided:

The owner went to her house to take the filter apart and evaluate. He needed to perform a filter clean service first to see what the problem could be. Found the upper manifold to be cracked and two grids torn in multiple places. He replaced these three parts, reassembled the filter and started the pool. The noise was gone.
