Why did the customer contact us?

One of our pool cleaning technicians reported a problem at this weekly service customers pool. The pool pump would only hum after being turned on.

Solutions provided:

A service technician was sent to the house and investigated the pool pump. He had to disassemble and clean out the pump because it had been jammed up. The customer has a pebbletec pool surface that is de-laminating causing it to flake off. This is what jammed the pool pump, it will need to be resurfaced soon to prevent future problems of this nature.
