Why did the customer contact us?

He emailed us, I have an issue with the valve that diverts water to the water features - it will not close, either by use of the remote app or by manually flipping the switch on the valve itself. The valve is in the full open position and I can manually turn the water features on and off by use of the individual valves.

Solutions provided:

One of our technicians went to see why the customer was having a problem with the pool valve that diverts water to the water features. Upon inspecting the automatic Jandy valve, he found the valve actuator had failed and needed to be replaced. After this the valve worked by remote or manual control.
