Job completed for Mike K.

Completion date: July 18, 2016

Location: Allen, TX

Why did the customer contact us?

Mike called saying that when he was tightening his chlorinator lid, he did so too tight. That cut the threads at the "T-Bar", where it connects to the PVC piping.

Solutions provided:

We replaced the O-ring on the chlorinator base and secured the assembly. In addition, the customer asked about his booster pump leaking. There, we had to install a new seal, O-ring, and impeller on the pool sweep pump to fix the leak.
