Why did the customer contact us?

The customer used Sterling to replaster his pool two years ago. He had been out of town for several weeks and when he returned, his pool was pea green and the system was not running.

Solutions provided:

We installed a new 60sf Pentair filter and backwash valve, along with the associated plumbing. The pool required two trips to balance the chemicals and clean it. We replaced the pump basket and pump lid, and also repaired the salt system flow switch. After that, everything was back in peak condition.
