Catherine is a weekly service customer of ours. She called because her heater controller was scrolling this message: "water sensor shorted." She asked what that meant and wondered if it needed attention right away.

Solutions provided:

The owner of the company went to her house to see why her heater controller showed the message "water sensor shorted." Luckily, the message she was getting was accurate and the issue was readily solved by replacing the water temperature sensor for the computer. Once that repair was made, everything was back to normal.
