Why did the customer contact us?

After the weekend concluded, one of our weekly service customers called. She said that her spa was in need of being checked out. She said, "Whenever we turn the spa on, it just drains out and we can't figure out why! Can you please come out and help?"

Solutions provided:

Our owner already was in her area when I called to give him the message about the spa that drained unexpectedly. He went by and noticed the same thing when he turned on the spa. After inspecting the equipment for any leaks or damage, he found the spa valve was turned incorrectly. He turned the valve back to where it needed to be and the spa began to hold water again.
