Why did the customer contact us?

Philip called us because he fired his pool service company recently. He said the company flooded his back yard, did not adjust and keep the chemicals balanced, and claimed that we heeded this service twice a week. At the time of his call, Philip said: "The pool is currently green and I think there is a leak in one of the skimmer throats because the water loss stops when it gets below the skimmers."

Solutions provided:

Our owner Kevin went to look at his problems and found a number of issues. We got approval for turning his pool around and had to clean the filter as well as replace eight filter grids. We also balanced the chemicals, shocked the pool, brushed away the algae, vacuumed one time, added epoxy to the skimmer throat, and re-evaluated for any additional pool cleanup and leak repairs. This turned his pool blue and he was able to use it with his pool heater.
