Why did the customer contact us?

Mike alerted us to the fact that his pool equipment has power but the pool pump was not working.

Solutions provided:

Our technician checked all breakers and tested the time clock box and found the wires are hot. There have also been air in the system for about six weeks. He cleaned the filter grids and he bled out the pressure release valve on top of the filter but nothing helped. We replaced the pool pump capacitor on the motor and repaired the leak on the O-ring on the pool pump.
