She is a weekly service customer of ours. Her pool cleaner reported the heater display board indicated there was a communication error between the display board and ignition board.

Solutions provided:

Our owner went to narrow down the problems and found that all three of the display boards were bad, which can cause the heater to run without turning it on. He gave her a bid to install three new heater display boards in heater per manufacturer's advice then test the system for operation. She approved the work to be done. It was and now she enjoys her pool heater whenever wanted.
