Kate called to tell us her pool pump runs at high continuously, even when the computer says it's at low speed or off.

Our technician went out and found the filter needed to be cleaned and there was a leak at the pool sweep pump. He performed a filter clean service and replaced the hose plumbing kit on the Polaris pump. After the filter clean, the pump sounded normal again.
