Why did the customer contact us?

Sandy's husband called us because we service the pool on a weekly basis and she noticed the pool seemed to be losing more water than usual. Sandy and her husband wanted us to come out and look.

Solutions provided:

The owner went to Sandy's house and evaluated the pool equipment. After 10 minutes, he was able to identify a break in a PVC pipe just below ground. He had to dig out around it, then removed it and replaced the busted PVC pipe. This solved the leak issue.
