Why did the customer contact us?

Brandon's home warranty company sent us a work order. The problem occurred when he got home and noticed no circulation in the pool with the pump running. He tried to troubleshoot the problem by clearing the pump pot and priming it but it never caught prime.

Solutions provided:

Our lead technician went to investigate and found a few things wrong with the pump. He needed to install a new pool pump lid, a new pool pump lid O-ring and repair additional leaks on the pool pump. After this was done, his system ran at full prime with no problems.
