Why did the customer contact us?

This new pool owner contacted us to state that her pool had become very cloudy. Another company had replaced all of the filter grids but that did not help, so she called us.

Solutions provided:

After we checked out her pool system, our technician noted that the DE was still at the bottom of your pool and on the pool steps. The filter had not been properly cleaned and re-charged with the proper amount of DE. We also found two bad filter grids and we had to repair the backwash valve, which is another way that DE gets into a pool.
